About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Test Engineer to ensure the quality and reliability of our medical device products. As a key member of our cross-functional team, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and executing comprehensive test plans, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop test procedures, fixtures, and automation systems to ensure the quality and reliability of our medical devices.
  • Perform engineering, functional, and performance testing of electrical/electro-mechanical components, subsystems, and complete systems.
  • Conduct electrical safety and EMC testing, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
  • Monitor and analyze test results, generate detailed reports, and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to provide Design for Manufacturability (DFM) and Design for Test (DFT) input to the engineering print package.
  • Develop and maintain electrical circuits and systems using current tools, analysis techniques, and technologies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related field.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in test automation, fixture design, and electrical systems testing.
  • Experience with automation in LabVIEW.
  • Strong understanding of engineering and problem-solving principles, concepts, tools, and techniques, as well as fundamentals of change management and test validation.
  • Ability to develop creative solutions and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
