Your Opportunity

Our Domestic Tax team is seeking a Senior Manager to lead the evaluation of client business processes and policies. The successful candidate will advise on tax policy and changes to meet market needs, develop proactive tax strategies, and provide technical and project management leadership to team members.

Your Responsibilities

  • Evaluate client business processes and policies, advising on tax policy and changes to meet market needs.
  • Develop proactive tax strategies to make business opportunities effective.
  • Apply specialized knowledge to anticipate, identify, and address tax issues relevant to the client's business.
  • Provide technical and project management leadership to team members for Domestic Tax projects or assignments.
  • Identify, develop, and implement strategies for clients to capitalize on business and tax opportunities.
  • Build positive working relationships with clients and provide effective support for engagements.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong understanding of relevant tax legislation, corporate, personal, and trust tax planning and compliance.
  • 7 years' experience in public accounting with a specialization in Tax for a minimum of 3 years.
  • CPA designation and In-Depth Tax Program or Master's in Tax.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Teamwork, client service, and quality in detailed work.
