Bandology is seeking a highly skilled Social Media Campaign Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies to grow our online presence and engagement.
The successful candidate will have:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Social Media, Public Relations, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of direct experience in digital marketing, either paid or volunteer, or as part of a co-op placement.
- Excellent writing and proofreading skills, with the ability to follow a style guide.
- Experience with graphic design software, such as Canva, InDesign, etc., and website software, like WordPress and related plugins.
- Google Analytics and Google Ads campaign experience is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media marketing strategy, identifying specific goals and measurable objectives.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content, including posts, surveys, and stories.
- Develop a content calendar to promote our programs and services across various platforms.
- Foster engagement and interest with our followers through regular interactions and responses.
- Attend events to capture video and photo content for future social media posts.
- Coordinate and manage testimonials from campers, parents, teachers, and community members to publicize our mission.
