About the Role

This position is responsible for providing administrative support to the Commonwealth's Attorney Office in Virginia Beach. The successful candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with data entry and record management.
  • Analyze and generate reports using case management systems.
  • Provide general administrative support to the office team.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
