Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Bilingual Sales and Service Coordinator to join our Trade Partner Team. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional customer service and support to consumers, retail sales associates, and trade partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage inbound and outbound calls from consumers and trade partners regarding order inquiries, changes, and product availability.
  • Respond to email inquiries from consumers and trade partners within established timelines.
  • Confirm and change orders and deliveries as needed.
  • De-escalate and resolve order and delivery challenges.
  • Proactively manage orders to ensure quality and fulfillment.
  • Communicate processes and policies to internal and external parties.
  • Adhere to established guidelines and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
  • Provide order and business process support to Sales and Supply Chain functions.
  • Analyze data from various sources to identify trends and relevant information.
Requirements
  • Proficient in English and French (written and verbal).
  • 1-2 years' experience in a customer service role.
  • Experience in appliances and consumer electronics is a bonus.
  • Post-secondary education is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • This role is hybrid, requiring work from Whirlpool Canada's Corporate Office in Mississauga, ON (in office Monday-Thursday, working from home on Friday).
  • Proven experience using Google Suite and/or Microsoft and comfort with multiple network applications.
  • Must be comfortable completing a criminal background check.
