About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Camp Site Coordinator to join our team at Compass Group Canada.

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned hospitality professional to lead our facilities management operations and ensure seamless execution of events, meetings, and daily activities.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and stakeholders, while maintaining a high level of operational efficiency and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Leadership and Team Management: Lead a team of dedicated professionals to deliver outstanding results and achieve operational excellence.
  2. Event Execution: Coordinate logistics, catering, and amenities for events, conferences, and meetings, ensuring seamless execution and exceeding client expectations.
  3. Facilities Maintenance: Oversee maintenance and upkeep of facilities, including cleaning, repairs, and asset management.
  4. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to clients, colleagues, and vendors, responding promptly to inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
  5. Financial Management: Manage budgets, track expenses, and optimize resources to achieve cost savings and improve profitability.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in hospitality management or a related field.
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and leading high-performing teams.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint).
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
