Salary: $25.00 per hour, paid for 3 shifts per week, 6 hours each, totaling approximately $1,800 monthly.


Job Description: As an Operations Officer at Randstad Canada, you will be responsible for performing various tasks that support the maintenance of mortgage discharges. Your duties will include:

  • Maintenance team tasks, focusing on mortgage discharge support
  • Triage of solicitor requests for mortgage statements
  • Data entry into the mortgage tool
  • Maintenance of security libraries
  • Collecting interest owed payments
  • Applying payments to mortgages, closing accounts, and performing manual accounting
  • Transferring money from accounts and balancing GL accounts
  • Updating systems
  • Discharge statement group responsibilities, ensuring accuracy and booking loan statements


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bilingual (English/French)
  • Outlook proficiency
  • Ability to navigate IT system issues
  • Data entry experience (minimum 2 years)
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Banking/Finance/Bookkeeping experience (preferable)
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Meeting Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Reliability and teamwork
