We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at D Spot Dessert Cafe. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality and service in our dessert cafe.
Key Responsibilities- Establish efficient methods to meet work schedules and maintain a fast-paced environment.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation and prepare and submit reports.
- Establish work schedules and maintain a team-oriented environment.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of flexibility.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
