Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Professional to join our team at Happy Motel. The ideal candidate will have 1-6 months of experience in building maintenance and be able to perform a variety of tasks including making adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing and electrical systems.

Contact tradespersons for major repairs and perform routine maintenance jobs such as painting and drywall repair.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for watering and tending to plants, lawns and/or gardens.

Salary Information

Based on industry standards, the estimated salary for this position is $45,000-$55,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
