Project Operations Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Operations Manager to join our team at Harrington Construction (2011) Limited. As a key member of our administration team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement new administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity;
  • Review and evaluate existing procedures to identify areas for improvement;
  • Delegate tasks to office support staff to ensure timely completion of projects;
  • Evaluate work priorities and ensure that all procedures are followed and deadlines are met;
  • Carry out administrative activities related to project management;
  • Assist in the preparation of operating budgets and maintain inventory and budgetary controls;
  • Prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence as required;
  • Perform data entry and other administrative tasks as needed;
  • Resolve conflict situations and negotiate with stakeholders when necessary;
  • Monitor and evaluate project progress to ensure successful outcomes.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years or equivalent experience;
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in an administrative role with project management responsibilities;
  • Language: English;
  • Work Hours: 30 to 44 hours per week.

Estimated Salary

$45,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
