Senior Product Owner, Financial Management Reporting Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Owner to join our Financial Management & Reporting Product team. As the Senior Product Owner, you will act as the voice of the business and effectively communicate desired business outcomes, key use cases, and product requirements to the product team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and prioritize features that meet the needs of a diverse set of business partners across the Finance division.
  • Collaborate with Finance business partners to understand their strategy and drive the overall product strategy through an effective product roadmap.
  • Work closely with development team members (Developers, QA) and the Scrum Master to provide clarity, refinement, and suitable detail for each user story.
  • Lead the selection and implementation of product management techniques such as personas, story mapping, validated learning, product health models, OKRs, etc.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years' experience as a Product Owner with Agile delivery experience.
  • Finance experience and knowledge in the general accounting context.
  • Demonstrated experience with building or evolving products in a complex, matrixed organization.
  • Ability to effectively communicate across multiple levels to encourage, influence, and obtain alignment up, down, and across the organization.
