About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Machinist to join our team at Green Solutions Industries. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of our machine tools and equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Machine Tool Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machine tools and equipment to ensure optimal performance and extend their lifespan.
  • Quality Control: Inspect and test machined parts to ensure they meet specifications and tolerances.
  • Production Support: Assist in the setup and operation of machine tools and equipment to meet production demands.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of maintenance, repairs, and quality control activities.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with production team members to ensure smooth operation of the production floor.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: Strong attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing for extended periods.
