Job Title: Picker and Packer

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable individual to join our team as a Picker and Packer. This role involves performing order picking and packaging duties for lightweight products, using an RF scanner to locate the products, and working independently and with a team to complete orders in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:
  • Accurately locate and pick items from inventory based on order specifications and ensure correct quantities
  • Carefully pack products into boxes or containers, ensuring they are secure and protected for shipment
  • Use a scanner to track inventory levels and update order statuses
  • Perform quality control duties
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet daily order fulfillment targets and address any challenges that arise
Requirements:
  • Able to walk/pushcart for 8 hours
  • Own transportation (not on bus route)
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to use scanner/headset
