Painter - E4 HOMES INC.

We are seeking a skilled Painter to join our team at E4 HOMES INC. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the exterior and interior surfaces of our properties are well-maintained and visually appealing.
Key Responsibilities- Preparation and Cleaning - Prepare, clean, and sand surfaces to be painted, ensuring they are free from dirt, grime, and other contaminants.
- Repair and Finishing - Repair cracks and holes in surfaces, and apply a suitable finish to ensure a smooth, even surface.
- Paint Mixing and Application - Mix paint to the desired colour and texture, and apply it to interior and exterior surfaces, including walls, ceilings, and trim.
- Wallpaper and Fabric Installation - Measure, cut, and apply wallpaper and other fabric to walls, ensuring a precise and professional finish.
This role requires a high level of physical fitness, with frequent bending, crouching, and kneeling. You must also be able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Support for Newcomers and Refugees- We provide diversity and cross-cultural training to create a welcoming work environment for newcomers and refugees.
