About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Painter to join our team at E4 HOMES INC. as a key member of our interior finishing team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and clean surfaces to ensure a smooth finish
  • Repair cracks and holes to create a seamless look
  • Mix and apply paint, wallpaper, and other materials to interior and exterior surfaces
  • Measure and cut wallpaper and other fabric to fit walls perfectly
Work Environment and Physical Demands
  • Work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
  • Perform physical tasks such as bending, crouching, and kneeling
  • Work in a physically demanding role with regular standing and walking
Support for Diversity and Inclusion
  • Provide diversity and cross-cultural training to create a welcoming work environment for newcomers and refugees
  • Offer awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for youth
  • Provide cultural competency training to create a welcoming work environment for Indigenous workers
Work Terms and Conditions
  • Permanent full-time position
