Job Summary:

Federated Co-operatives Limited is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Gas Bar Attendant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests and ensuring a positive experience at our Co-op.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide full service at the fuel pumps, including dispensing fuel, washing windows, and checking oil.
  • Clean and maintain the car wash and perform minor car wash maintenance.
  • Perform general duties, including exterior and interior housekeeping, opening, and closing procedures.

Requirements:

  • You must be at least 16 years of age.
  • You should be honest and trustworthy, results-oriented, and strive to be the best in what you do.
  • You should have retail experience in customer service or be willing to learn.
  • You should be willing to work all shifts scheduled, including days, evenings, holidays, and weekends.
  • You should believe in building relationships and collaborating to deliver solutions that matter most, and recognize the value that different perspectives bring to meet shared objectives.
  • You should be physically able to do heavy lifting of 50lbs, climb ladders, and kneel.

Reporting Structure:

This role reports to the C-Store/Gas Bar Manager.
