About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Gas Bar Attendant. As a key member of our Co-op team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience at our gas bar.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide full service at the fuel pumps, including dispensing fuel, washing windows, and checking oil.
  • Operate the car wash and perform minor maintenance tasks.
  • Contribute to general housekeeping duties, including exterior and interior cleaning, and assist with opening and closing procedures.

Requirements:

  • You must be at least 16 years of age.
  • You should be honest and trustworthy, results-oriented, and strive to excel in your role.
  • You should have retail experience in customer service or be willing to learn.
  • You must be available to work all scheduled shifts, including days, evenings, holidays, and weekends.
  • You should be physically able to lift heavy objects (up to 50lbs), climb ladders, and kneel.

Reporting Structure:

This role reports directly to the C-Store/Gas Bar Manager.
