About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Executive Office Coordinator to provide high-level administrative support to our Regional Vice Presidents in the Greater Toronto Region. As an Executive Office Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the office, including coordinating events, preparing reports, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage the daily operations of the office
• Coordinate events and prepare reports
• Maintain accurate records and databases
• Provide administrative support to the Regional Vice Presidents

Requirements
• 3-5 years' experience in a similar role
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat
