Job Title: Water Resources Engineer

TalentSphere Staffing Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Water Resources Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our civil design and engineering consulting firm, you will be responsible for undertaking the preparation of servicing and stormwater management related studies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and prepare stormwater management designs and land development projects.
  • Draft plans and participate in the detailed design process.
  • Conduct technical leadership and expertise to internal teams and clients.
  • Collaborate with clients, municipal, and conservation authorities to ensure projects are completed efficiently and within budget.
  • Assist with managing junior staff as needed.
Requirements:
  • Experience in Civil3D, PCSWMM, Visual OTTHYMO, and HEC-RAS is strongly preferred.
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in servicing and stormwater management related to land development engineering.
  • Valid registration or ability to register as a Professional Engineer or Civil Engineering Technologist in Alberta.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Compensation Range:

$85,000-120,000 (experience dependent)
