We're seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated Water Resources Engineer-in-Training who has a passion for design, project coordination, and other water resources related tasks. This role involves participating in various water resources and municipal infrastructure projects from planning to detailed design and construction support.

The successful candidate will collaborate with senior engineers and hydrologic/hydraulic modelers to ensure project needs are met and priorities understood. They will coordinate and participate in multidisciplinary water-related projects, including water conveyance, transportation, environmental, and community development projects.

Key responsibilities include contributing to conceptual design, preliminary design, and detailed design of water-related projects, writing reports and design briefs, and providing assistance to project managers on various projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of water, environmental principles, and engineering concepts, including hydraulics and hydrology.

In this role, you'll work collaboratively as part of our high-performing team that successfully delivers projects to various clients coast-to-coast in Canada and internationally. We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth.

To be successful in this role, you'll require a Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering from an accredited university, preferably in the water resources and/or environmental disciplines. You'll also need to be registered with APEGA as an EIT or P.Eng. (or eligible to register) and have a minimum of 2 years of demonstrated related experience.
