IT Consultant

At Vision33, we're seeking a skilled IT Support Consultant to join our team in Dartmouth, NS. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional day-to-day IT support to our diverse client base, with opportunities for client site visits.

• Provide remote IT support and troubleshoot technical issues for clients
• Work closely with clients to gather and document requirements for internal systems, networks, and applications
• Respond to service requests in a timely manner and maintain accurate records in our ticketing system
• Collaborate with team members to resolve client issues and requests
• Support internal and external sales efforts as required

• Relevant post-secondary education and 3-4 years of related experience
• Experience diagnosing and resolving basic technical issues
• Knowledge of SMB IT Network Infrastructure, including domain admin, security requirements, and end-user equipment
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 products and services, MS Server and Desktop OS, and VMWare environments
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
