About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Canadian Tire. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales associates, cashiers, and other store staff
    • Provide guidance and training to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance
  • Store Operations
    • Manage store inventory, including receiving, stocking, and maintaining merchandise
    • Authorize returns and exchanges, and resolve customer complaints
    • Establish and maintain a clean and organized store environment
  • Sales and Customer Service
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
    • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Prepare and submit sales reports, inventory reports, and other relevant data
    • Analyze sales trends and customer behavior to inform business decisions
Requirements
  • Education
    • No degree, certificate, or diploma required
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of retail management experience
  • Skills
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Work Environment
