Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Alberta Ltd O/A Quality Donair. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including training and development.
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
  • Prepare and submit reports on food service operations, including sales, inventory, and customer feedback.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and increase sales.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer service.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
