Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Environmental Technician to join our team at Greenstone Gold Mines LP. As an Environmental Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the environmental sustainability of our operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with environmental monitoring and sampling activities, including collecting and analyzing data to identify trends and maintain site compliance.
  • Conduct field inspections to identify potential environmental impacts and investigate incidents.
  • Provide input on environmental programs and practices to ensure compliance with regulations and permits.
  • Compile and review data to identify areas for improvement and develop recommendations for environmental sustainability.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Environmental Management, Science, or Engineering.
  • 1-2 years of relevant work experience in environmental sampling.
  • Experience operating snowmobiles, ATVs, and boats.
  • Valid Driver's License.
Work Environment

This position will be based at the mine site in Geraldton, ON. Those working a 1/1 or 2/2 rotation will stay at an onsite camp.
