Job Summary:

The Healthcare Support Worker will provide high-quality care and support to our clients in their homes, promoting their independence and well-being. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a caring attitude, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Provide medication reminders and assist with medication management.
  • Prepare and serve meals and snacks.
  • Assist with light housekeeping and laundry.
  • Accompany clients on outdoor activities and provide companionship.
  • Monitor and report any changes in client condition to the supervisor.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • First Aid and CPR certification.
  • Experience working with seniors or individuals with disabilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
