We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced instructor to join our team at Speed Up Education Ltd. as a Private Training Institute Instructor.
Job Summary:The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality educational programs to college/university students in a private training organization or college setting.
Key Responsibilities:- Course Preparation: Prepare teaching materials and outlines for courses, ensuring they meet the highest standards of academic excellence.
- Assessment and Evaluation: Prepare, administer, and mark tests and papers to evaluate students' progress, providing constructive feedback to enhance their learning experience.
- Student Support: Advise students on program curricula and career decisions, helping them achieve their academic and professional goals.
- Reporting and Evaluation: Prepare reports on student progress and conduct course and program evaluation or review to ensure the highest standards of education.
- Teaching and Presentation: Deliver lectures and presentations, lead discussion groups and seminars, and operate audio-visual equipment to create an engaging learning environment.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Work Setting: Private training organization or college.
- Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Personal Suitability: Excellent interpersonal skills, organized, reliable, and efficient in communication.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Hours of Work: 30 to 35 hours per week.
- Language: English.
- Duration: Permanent position.
