Job Title: Executive Assistant to Vice Presidents

At ArcelorMittal Dofasco, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to provide organizational and administrative support to our Vice Presidents. This is a permanent position that requires a strong ability to work in a team environment and work cross-functionally.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the Vice Presidents, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and special events coordination.
  • Develop and maintain an extensive internal and external network of contacts at all levels.
  • Gather, organize, and prepare special reports and presentations for high-level internal and external audiences.
  • Ensure effective coordination of activities and flow of information amongst reporting departments.
  • Standardize and implement improvements to office procedures within area-specific departments as required.
Requirements:
  • Minimum two-year College Diploma in Office Administration.
  • 10+ years of job-related experience is required.
  • Minimum two years experience working for Senior Level Managers in a large complex organization is required.
Work Environment:
  • Office environment.
  • This position is required to be 100% onsite.
Hours of Work:

Days, Monday to Friday with extended hours as required due to period of peak workloads and project commitments.
