About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a key member of our restaurant management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of staff to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Restaurant Operations: Plan and organize daily restaurant operations, including managing inventory, controlling labor costs, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and train a team of 5-10 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Marketing and Sales: Participate in marketing plans and implementation, including promoting sales and customer loyalty programs.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving supplies, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, including maintaining a clean and safe environment for customers and staff.
  • Staff Development: Train and develop staff members to improve their skills and knowledge, and to achieve their career goals.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
