About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented IT Operations Specialist to join our team at FDM Group. As a key member of our IT Operations Practice, you will play a critical role in ensuring the security and resilience of our clients' IT estates.

As an IT Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting business-critical horizontal and vertical responsibilities, as well as specialist areas such as infrastructure and networking. You will contribute to incident management, lead technology change or transformation, and play a key role in enhancing system reliability through continuous integration and automated deployments.

As a Consultant within our IT Operations Practice, you will start your journey developing key skills in a practice-based learning environment for 6 weeks. You will then be able to start delivering large-scale projects for our clients across a wide range of industries.

Our IT Operations Practice offers a non-linear career journey with continuous upskilling and career development opportunities. You will have access to our Skills Lab, which will guide you to the future you want.
