As a Lead Financial Advisor, you will adopt a friendly approach and utilize your analytical skills to provide a people-centric experience for branch clients. This varied role allows for opportunities for development, including obtaining your mutual fund representative licence if not already held.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Listening to clients' needs and resolving complex situations.
  • Giving advice and offering appropriate solutions for Personal and Small Business clients to meet their transaction, investment, personal financing, made-to-measure insurance, and estate planning needs.
  • Supporting clients through the mortgage renewal or renegotiation process.
  • Ensuring client satisfaction and engagement.
  • Referencing clients to specialist colleagues for their specific needs.
  • Ensuring adherence to compliance and risk management rules.

You will be working with a team of experts specializing in investment, mortgage financing, and other areas. Our team values passionate individuals and bold ideas, working together to ensure clients reach their goals and colleagues do what they love.

Prerequisites for this role include:

  • Holding a college diploma (DEC) or equivalent
  • Holding a mutual fund representative (MFR) licence – If not, obtaining this licence within three months of hiring with a full refund once successfully obtained
  • Advisory service experience, an inclusive attitude, and openness to diversity

The estimated annual salary for this role is approximately $70,000-$90,000 based on industry standards and location.
