Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Cleaning Operations Manager to join our team at Compass Group Canada. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our cleaning services, ensuring a high level of quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff to ensure efficient and effective service delivery
  • Inspect sites to ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards
  • Recommend and arrange for additional services as needed, such as painting, repairs, or equipment replacement
  • Assist cleaning staff in performing duties and provide guidance and support as needed
  • Coordinate work activities with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Work Environment
