The role of a Ambulatory Care/Diagnostic Imaging Coordinator is to provide administrative support to the Diagnostic Imaging department at Wellington Health Care Alliance (WHCA). The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

This position is responsible for performing various clerical duties, including reception, scheduling, and data entry. The successful candidate will be skilled in computer applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, as well as Meditech. They will also have experience working in a medical office environment and be familiar with medical terminology.

In addition to their technical skills, the Ambulatory Care/Diagnostic Imaging Coordinator will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with patients, staff, and external agencies. They will also be able to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
