Job Title: Retail Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Circle K. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and achieving sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Greet customers, answer questions, and provide solutions to their needs.
  • Sales: Meet or exceed sales targets by promoting products and services to customers.
  • Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves and facing merchandise.
  • Inventory Management: Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of retail sales experience or equivalent.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and customer service skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and basic math skills.
