Job Description

B.C. LTD. is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating cash registers, and maintaining sales records for inventory control.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate cash registers and process sales transactions
  • Maintain sales records for inventory control
  • Assist in display of merchandise and conduct sales transactions through Internet-based electronic commerce
  • Estimate or quote prices, credit or contract terms, warranties and delivery dates
  • Greet customers and discuss type, quality and quantity of merchandise or services sought for purchase, rental or lease
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience or equivalent experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain sales records
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment and stand for extended periods
