About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a General Applications professional. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the timely and accurate processing of insurance applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and internal stakeholders
- Process and manage insurance applications with high attention to detail
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices
Requirements
- Alberta Level 1 General Insurance License
- Alberta Level 2 General Insurance License
- CAIB
- CIP
- Experience in an insurance brokerage or insurance environment is an asset
