About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a General Applications professional. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and timely information to clients regarding insurance products and services.
- Assist clients with policy inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales and customer service goals.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and changes in insurance regulations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
Requirements
- Alberta Level 1 General Insurance License
- Alberta Level 2 General Insurance License
- CAIB
- CIP
- Experience in an insurance brokerage is considered an asset
- Experience in an insurance environment would be considered an asset
