The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Regional Manager to lead our environmental services team in Alberta. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic business plans to drive growth and success in our environmental services division.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of professionals in providing environmental consulting services to clients in Alberta
  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and profitability
  • Manage all aspects of operational planning, including budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation
  • Collaborate with other functional teams to ensure safe and effective service delivery
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in environmental consulting, including at least 5 years in a leadership role
  • A technical diploma or university degree in environmental science or a related field
  • Eligibility for professional designation and additional education in business management, project management, or related technical specialties
  • Strong financial and business acumen, with skills in forecasting, resource planning, and profit and loss (P&L) management
  • Exceptional leadership, influencing, and stakeholder management skills, combined with excellent verbal and written communication abilities
