Real Estate Team Leader

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Real Estate Team Leader to join our team at New Street. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for nurturing new sales opportunities and fostering a consultative approach to building strong relationships with clients.
The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of their real estate specialty and marketing channels, particularly within the digital space. They will also be at the leading edge of technology and social media trends, a motivated leader, an effective communicator, and have extremely strong presentation delivery skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect through innovative lead generation tools and leverage existing advanced and dedicated social media opportunities.
- Perpetuate and amplify a professional local brand to enhance the company brand and attract a following of targeted connections and relationships.
- Effectively advance qualified business leads from initial lead through to sales qualified through strategic touchpoints and the utilization of our custom Pilot Software.
- Uncover the needs and objectives of the prospective client, and work alongside senior management to develop overarching strategic sales direction for the pitch.
- Synthesize large amounts of real estate data and information into a cohesive story for market updates and presentations.
- Maintain a deep understanding of all real estate service categories, including residential resale, pre-construction, builder marketing, builder sales and mortgages.
- Input into brainstorming sessions with the creative team to drive creative concepts and ideas across all channels as part of the pitch process.
- Be at the forefront of digital trends and industry innovations as they develop.
- Contribute to team marketing via authoring content.
Requirements:
- 1+ years of previous real estate experience OR New agent looking to gain experience via a 6-month training/shadowing program.
- Strategic and creative thinking – must have the ability to contribute to the development of high-level client strategies as well as creative concepts, and be able to extend strategies/concepts into all marketing channels.
- Solid communicator – must be able to effectively communicate with authority and confidence while building strong relationships with team members and prospective clients.
- Detail-oriented multi-tasker – must have excellent project and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and clients at once.
Education / Training
- 1+ years of previous real estate experience OR New agent looking to gain experience via a 6-month training/shadowing program.
