We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Realtor Leader to join our team at New Street. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing and executing strategic plans, and building a high-performing team.

• Prospect and acquire new business opportunities through innovative lead generation tools and social media channels.
• Develop and maintain a strong professional brand to attract and retain clients.
• Collaborate with the team to deliver exceptional client experiences and drive business results.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our team remains competitive and innovative.
• Contribute to the development of high-level client strategies and creative concepts.

• 1+ years of previous real estate experience or new agent looking to gain experience via a 6-month training/shadowing program.
• Strategic and creative thinking, with the ability to contribute to the development of high-level client strategies and creative concepts.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Solid communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with authority and confidence.
• Detail-oriented and deadline-driven, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and clients at once.

• A competitive salary range of $80,000 - $650,000+, based on commissions and growth.
