Marketing Manager Job Description

At Call Centre Guys Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing market research data to inform business decisions and developing effective marketing strategies to drive sales and growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, and provide actionable insights to inform business decisions.
  • Marketing Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve business objectives, including product development, advertising, and public relations.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals to ensure effective execution of marketing plans and strategies.
  • Performance Evaluation: Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns and strategies, and make data-driven decisions to optimize results.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a marketing role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and leadership skills, and proficiency in marketing software and tools.
