Stockroom Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Stockroom Supervisor to join our team at Canadian Tire. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the receipt, storage, and distribution of merchandise.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the stockroom team to ensure efficient and accurate processing of merchandise
- Coordinate with the purchasing department to ensure timely receipt of merchandise
- Develop and implement inventory control procedures to minimize stock discrepancies
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure accurate and efficient stock replenishment
- Monitor and report on stock levels, inventory turnover, and other key performance indicators
- 1-2 years of experience in a stockroom or inventory control role
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Ability to lift up to 25 kg and stand for extended periods
