Stockroom Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Stockroom Supervisor to join our team at Canadian Tire. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the stockroom and ensuring that our merchandise is accurately inventoried and efficiently stored.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and maintain accurate inventory levels, including receiving, storing, and issuing merchandise
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of stockroom staff, including hiring, training, and performance management
- Develop and implement processes to improve stockroom efficiency and productivity
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless inventory management and customer satisfaction
- Prepare and analyze reports on inventory levels, stockroom operations, and customer feedback
- 1-2 years of experience in a stockroom or inventory management role
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset
