We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team at E.S. Fox Limited. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
- Lead and manage project teams, including engineers, technicians, and contractors.
- Coordinate and manage project activities, including design, procurement, construction, and commissioning.
- Monitor and control project progress, identifying and mitigating risks, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and project team members.
- Ensure that all project activities are conducted in a safe and environmentally responsible manner.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 6-8 years of experience in project management, preferably in the nuclear power plant industry or related construction/industrial projects.
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct project teams.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to develop and manage project budgets and schedules.
