Project Quality Assurance Specialist

Fluor Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Project Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and safety of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quality assurance plans to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and Fluor's Operating System Requirements (OSR).
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify and mitigate risks, and ensure that all project activities are executed in accordance with the project execution and commercial baselines.
  • Collaborate with project teams to establish and maintain a culture of quality and safety, and ensure that all project stakeholders are aware of their roles and responsibilities in achieving these goals.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including quality plans, procedures, and reports, to ensure that all project activities are properly recorded and communicated.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of quality assurance principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to travel as required.
