Job Title: Visual Merchandising Team Lead

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Visual Merchandising Team Lead to join our team at adidas. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for driving sales and executing visual merchandising strategies to enhance the customer shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies to drive sales and meet business objectives.
  • Lead and manage a team of visual merchandising specialists to ensure consistent execution of visual merchandising standards across all stores.
  • Collaborate with store management and district managers to ensure alignment with business objectives and visual merchandising strategies.
  • Conduct regular visual merchandising audits to ensure compliance with company standards and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including store management, district managers, and DTC marketing team.
  • Provide training and coaching to visual merchandising specialists to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to execute visual merchandising strategies effectively.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in visual merchandising and apply this knowledge to drive business results.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in visual merchandising leadership role, preferably in a sports/fashion environment.
  • Proven track record of driving sales and executing visual merchandising strategies to meet business objectives.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with ability to lead and motivate a team of visual merchandising specialists.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, overnights, and weekends.
