Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Visual Merchandising Team Lead to join our team at adidas. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for driving sales and executing visual merchandising strategies across our stores.

Key Responsibilities
  • Visual Execution
    • Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies to drive sales and meet business objectives.
    • Ensure all visual displays and fixtures are maintained to a high standard.
    • Collaborate with store management to plan and execute visual merchandising initiatives.
    • Monitor and analyze sales data to inform visual merchandising decisions.
  • Communication and Collaboration
    • Work closely with the local marketing team to develop and implement visual merchandising campaigns.
    • Communicate effectively with store staff to ensure they are aware of visual merchandising strategies and objectives.
    • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of visual merchandising initiatives.
  • General Responsibilities
    • Assist with the opening and closing of stores, including cash handling and inventory management.
    • Perform daily cash audits and return reports.
    • Assist with the preparation of hanging and tagging of product for display on sales floors.
    • Develop and maintain knowledge of adidas products and services.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in visual merchandising leadership role, preferably in a sports or fashion environment.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, overnights, and weekends.
