Motel Operations Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Motel Managing Supervisor to join our team at Moose Motel. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our motel, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and that our facilities are well-maintained.
Key Responsibilities- Co-ordination and Scheduling: Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Work Procedures: Establish and maintain work schedules and procedures to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Staff Supervision: Perform same duties as workers supervised, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit reports to management, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Problem-Solving and Technical Advice: Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
- Guest Services: Assist clients/guests with special needs, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
- Workforce Management: Co-ordinate, assign, and review work, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Staff Development: Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
- Facilities Management: Maintain operation of computer systems, equipment, machinery, and arrange repair work to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.
- Supply Chain Management: Requisition materials and supplies as needed.
- Learning and Development: Opportunities for learning and training paid by the employer.
- Permanent Position: A permanent work term with a stable and secure future.
- English Language: Work in a predominantly English-speaking environment.
- Flexible Hours: Work 30 hours per week, providing a healthy work-life balance.
