Motel Operations Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Motel Managing Supervisor to join our team at Moose Motel. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our motel, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and that our facilities are well-maintained.
Key Responsibilities- Co-ordination and Scheduling: Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Work Schedules and Procedures: Establish and maintain work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient operations.
- Supervision and Training: Supervise and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
- Reporting and Communication: Prepare and submit reports to management, and communicate effectively with staff and guests.
- Problem-Solving and Quality Control: Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
- Guest Services: Assist guests with special needs and ensure that their stay is comfortable and enjoyable.
- Equipment Maintenance: Maintain the operation of computer systems, equipment, machinery, and arrange for repairs to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.
- Supply Management: Requisition materials and supplies as needed.
- Learning and Development: Opportunities for learning and training paid by the employer.
- Work Term: Permanent position.
- Work Language: English.
- Hours: 30 hours per week.
