We are currently seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Parts Clerk in Dorval. As a key member of our stockroom team, you will be responsible for responding to customer needs for the sale of parts, searching and finding required parts in supplier systems, following up on orders and deliveries with customers, and maintaining accurate inventory levels.
Job Responsibilities- Respond to customer inquiries regarding part sales via email, phone, or in person
- Search and locate required parts in supplier systems
- Follow up on orders and deliveries with customers to ensure timely receipt of parts
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory levels by counting and storing parts
- Ensure the stockroom environment remains clean and well-organized
- Customer-oriented approach with excellent communication skills
- Previous experience in parts sales is required
- Ability to respond promptly to urgent requests
- Effective stress management and time management skills
- Strong team spirit and willingness to learn
- Bilingualism (French and English) is an asset
