About the Role

As a key member of our Product Commercialization team, you'll play a crucial role in building a discipline that drives commercial success. You'll work closely with our VP, Product Commercialization, to:

  1. Bridge the Gap between Product Development and Market Introduction

Ensure playbooks are in place, endorsed by subject matter experts, to successfully launch new products and extensions.

  1. Maximize Commercial Performance

Establish key performance indicators, create dashboards to measure performance, and make data-driven recommendations to drive growth.

  1. Oversee Client-Facing Materials

Review and refine customized client-facing materials during the early pitch phase, ensuring high-quality and alignment with our product positioning.

  1. Contribute to Product Development Roadmaps

Participate with senior management to develop product development roadmaps, incorporating strategies, priorities, and perspectives from subject matter experts.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking a results-driven leader with 7-10 years of experience in leadership and direct industry-related roles, including partner-facing positions, GTM plans, and new product launches. Your strong commercial acumen and judgment will be essential in driving commercial success.
